Ice lolly pop tubes blow molding machine consists of three main parts: extruder, rotary blower and molds.

Extruder is used to produce parison tubes from raw material. The extruder consist of different parts, the main parts are screw, barrel, gearbox, die head, filter, motor, temperature controller, inverter etc. The screw use to mix the material and extrude material to die head. Inverter is used to adjust the motor speed.

Rotary blower is mainly to rotate the molds and blow the parison tubes to be end products. The proximity switch will control the molds actions. The rotating speed depends on the inverter speed.

Molds is also the important part, which decides the product shape. That could make different shapes of product, for example we could produce mango shape, straw berry shape, grape shape jelly tubes.
